Her story - The Melting Pot of Resilience

The Story Behind The Leader

Behind every confident leader is a story of resilience no one saw coming.

Jo Rawald was raised in America, shaped by cultures, hard work, and resilience.

Her mother, a Chinese immigrant, worked tirelessly to provide. Her father, a Spanish-born U.S. Army veteran, returned home carrying the weight of war. From an early age, Jo understood perseverance, responsibility, and the quiet strength required to keep moving forward.

Life threw her many challenges:

> at 29, she was hit by a drunk driver;

> at 33, she lost her mother to suicide;

> at 45, she suffered a massive stroke;

> at 47, heart failure.

Between these moments, she survived a broken marriage, raised two children with lifelong illnesses, and rebuilt her life over and over again.
