I get it because I’ve lived it. I built my coaching business for women like you; women with bold dreams, sometimes messy lives, and zero interest in burning out just to make a buck. I’m not here to sell you hustle culture disguised as coaching. I’m here to show you how to cut through the chaos, build smart systems, and create a business that’s wildly profitable and completely aligned with who you are. Because success isn’t about working harder, it’s about working smarter, making bold moves, and building a business that fits your life, not the other way around.

My Story – The Melting Pot & Resilience

I was raised in America, but I was never just American. My life was shaped by two worlds - one of tradition, the other of survival. My mother, a Chinese immigrant, barely spoke English but worked tirelessly to keep food on the table. My father, a Spanish-born U.S. Army veteran, served three tours in Vietnam. When he came home, he brought the war with him - PTSD and alcoholism made it impossible for him to hold a job.

That meant my mom carried the full weight of our family. She worked two jobs her entire life—assembling eyeglasses by day, waiting tables by night—doing whatever it took to survive. Life was not about thriving. It was about making it to the next day.

Why I Do What I Do

Let’s be real—this juggling-life-and-business thing? It’s hard.

I get it because I have lived it.

I watched my mother break her back to keep us afloat, never catching a break, never making enough to stop the struggle. She worked hard. Too hard. And in the end, the weight of it all was too much. Life and finances became too overwhelming. Just before her 60th birthday, my mom took her own life.

That moment shaped everything for me.

I know what it is like to feel like you have to do everything on your own. To push through exhaustion. To wonder if success is even possible for someone like you. And THAT is why I do what I do.

Because no one—no one—should have to work themselves into the ground just to survive.

Hard work alone is not the answer. It has to be smart work.

I help entrepreneurs and business leaders stop running in circles, simplify success, and build businesses that thrive—without sacrificing themselves in the process. Because life is meant for more than just making it through the day.

Resilience is in My DNA

I have been hit with my fair share of WTF moments, literally.

💥 At 29, a drunk driver hit me head-on. I was declared dead on arrival. (Spoiler: I got better.)
💥 At 33, my mom died by suicide.
💥 At 45, I had a massive stroke.
💥 At 47, heart failure.
💥 Somewhere in between, I survived a broken marriage, lost my brother, raised two kids with serious lifelong illnesses, and still found a way to rebuild... every time.

And yet—I am still here. Not just surviving. Thriving.

Resilience isn't just surviving the shit that gets thrown at you in life! Resilience is what you do with it that matters!

That is what resilience looks like. It is what I teach. And it is what I help entrepreneurs and business leaders build - companies that can withstand anything, outlast the competition, and thrive no matter what life throws at them.

I worked so fiercely to earn my 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo because I wanted to show the world that I'm not just a survivor but a warrior. After my catastrophic car accident, I found that Taekwondo was more than just physical therapy; it was my path to reclaiming my strength and confidence. Through countless kicks and punches, I transformed from a victim of a drunk driver into a victor, proving that resilience and determination can overcome any obstacle. Now, I'm a force to be reckoned with both inside and outside the dojang.
